Uzodinma to Know Fate as Supreme Court gets set to hear case against him

As Nigerians, and especially Imolites, are still in the mood of celebration, the Supreme Court of Nigeria has set January 11, 2021 for the hearing of a suit instituted by one of Nigeria’s finest legal luminaries, Philip Umeadi (SAN), against the Imo State governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma.

Mr Philip Umeadi is seeking the court to interprete its earlier judgement, concerning the Imo State governorship, which the apex court pronounced Uche Nwosu as the rightful candidate of the APC.

Information reaching MaaziOnline indicates, that the Supreme Court is now set to hear the long awaited case for the first time on January 11.

Should the court uphold the judgement on Uche Nwosu, Hope Uzodinma may find himself out of office.

However, failure to uphold the Supreme Court verdict against Uche Nwosu, could result in controversy in the judicial system of the country.

Nigerians are eager to see how it plays out.
