More trouble seems to be coming the way of former governor of Imo State, Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha, following the sudden resignation of the Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr. Ogu Bundu Nwadike.
In a letter addressed to the state party chairman, Chief Charles Ugwu, Nwadike stated his reasons for taking the action were personal.
Nwadike subsequently joined the Hope Uzodinma led APC following his resignation.
This is coming at the heel of the recent rejection of Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha, by an Owerri group, telling him to shelve any plans he has to re-contest for the governorship seat of the state.
There are indications that Nwadike may not be alone in a fresh wave of resignations that is expected to hit the Imo State PDP soon.
Meanwhile, the party have remained silent over the rumoured moves by former governor, Senator Rochas Okorocha, and his co-travellers, to join the party, after losing out the APC structure in the state to Governor Hope Uzodinma.
